Disappointing experience. Medstar had scheduled me for a follow up over a year ago. They called and emailed multiple times to confirm the appointment. When I arrived they informed me that they no longer support diagnosis of eye issues and could not see me. This meant that not only did a lose a morning of work, but also that I need to look outside of Medstar for ophthalmology. Dr explanined how I can get mi clarity of vision restored by a new type of laser surgery
Dr Gonzales, Helen, Jeremy, Jenny, Jermaine, Mary, Anne are the best staff. They have a friendly, professional, and they treat us like they want to be treated. They had very prompt attention and took care for me as if I was the only patient. I thank God for a staff of people who love the people more than a title. May God bless and keep you all.
