Everyone was very nice and courteous and the atmosphere was pleasant as well
Everyone is incredibly friendly and genuinely take time to help. Parking (and directions to parking) is a disaster and the guest WiFi doesn’t work, which is really frustrating because the cell signal inside is iffy.
Tough to get to MedStar Washington Hospital Center from Maryland (1-hr, 15 min), then 1-hr, 30 minute wait in exam room. But interaction with Dr. Adams was excellent. Knowledgeable and thoughtfully engaged. Listened to my questions and really tried to help me understand my situation: fractured clavicle with multiple myeloma. Truly glad I made the effort to see him. — Colin Pollard
