I’ve consistently had a great experience at MedStar Health, starting with the front office staff. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. Check-in is always smooth. The nursing staff is friendly and professional as well. Dr. Lynch is an outstanding practitioner. This Medstar office is always very clean and staff is friendly and organized. I’ve had visits for myself and with my husband and we have not waited past our appt time. Dr Muneer is outstanding physician and take's her time to explain everything. She is patient, attentive and is quick to follow up with results. We hope she never retires.
I was concerned about parking, but I had no problems with finding a spot. The facility is nice and the staff was friendly. Dr. Ketlogetswe is always very knowledgeable, thorough and enjoyable.
