The staff at the infusion center are wonderful and so caring. They really are the BEST. They treat you like you are the most important person in the world. Thank you for taking such great care of me.
The nurses were super friendly. Even my cousin who took me to my appointment and stayed with me throughout my blood infusion, expressed wanting to change her provider to MedStar.
The staff at the transfusion center at Franklin square center were all excellent. Sorry, I didn't get names, but EVERYONE who was working the afternoon of March 4th were all very attentive and responsive. I had a reaction to my medication (twice!) and they were very responsive. I felt like I was in good hands and they were all calm and went into action when things started getting strange. Thank you everyone!!
