When I 1st arrived for my appointment I wasn’t greeted. It’s a little confusing as to which side you’re supposed to go to for check in. The kiosk machine was hanging off the bracket. There’s no privacy while you’re checking in. My appointment was at 1:30 but I wasn’t called back until a little after 2pm which was very disappointing.
This was my first visit to Good Samaritan Hospital. I was a little late getting to the 3rd floor where I was to meet my doctor. It would be helpful to know that the 3rd floor they were referring to was in the big glass building. All the people I was in contact with were very helpful, kind, and professional.
Everyone was very prompt. The service was very polite outgoing, they definitely intended to all my needs. Especially my doctor.
