I went for a second opinion (which I still need) and they didn't even pull my files like they said they would or actually look into anything. Waste of a 2 hour drive and money.
I had a great experience with Medstar gastroenterology. On time and set up my colonoscopy appointment. They supplied all the information for the diet before the procedure and the Rx for golytly. Kept in touch about the appointment via email and text. Highly recommend Medstar gastroenterology.
Front desk staff is very attentive and listening to patients. Very courteous. RN is also very friendly manner, informative and professional, showing care. PA is very professional manner, explained the process step by step
