If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. I injured my hand 4 days ago at work. I have been getting the run around since it is a workers comp case. I was told they needed an authorization form before scheduling. It was emailed and also faxed to the hand center. They were still claiming that they never received the form. Today, I was notified that Jeanie/Genie is in charge of workers comp cases and has been out for a family emergency. She is the only one who has access to the email/fax and can schedule appointments for w... read more
I had surgery with MedStar Hand Specialists and had an amazing experience from start to finish. They repaired my nerve graft, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. Dr. Zimmerman and his entire team provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was professional, kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend MedStar Hand Specialists to anyone needing expert hand care.
They have the best doctors and staff. They all work for each patients special needs.
I was there today for my husband hand check,they srvice from front desk to the doctor blows me way,very respectful and professional from Dorothy to Rebeca,Kethy,and DR Harris extremely helpful, never experienced any thing like this in Hospitals in America,God blas You all.Highly recommended.
I went to see Dr. Murphy late february 2026…i would never recommend someone come here or see Dr. Murphy if you’d like to be taken seriously or have your issues addressed. Just found out what he wrote in my clinic notes, pretty much accusing me of lying and saying it was all in my head yet Duke University in North Carolina did an MRI which Dr Murphy would not do and found a bunch of scarring pulling my thumb, which Dr Murphy claimed i was lying about.
