Update: They asked for my feedback in below in their comment, which looks like it may have possibly been removed. I went to the link left my feedback and expected a response that never came. My spouse is currently under MedStar’s care for a workers’ compensation case, and the experience with the assigned manager Janine Facon has been unacceptable. She demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism, her communication is poor, she is dismissive of patient needs, and she refuses to allow scheduling that accommodates my spouse’s availability. I had my finger looked at and attended two physical therapy appointments before I noticed something was amiss with how they were billing me. They completely disregarded my insurance and attempted to bill me the entire amount. After months and a three-way call with my insurance it was finally resolved. Not that paying $900 was much better, particularly since my finger is no better.... read more
