The woman at the desk was so busy on the computer, I think it bothered her that a patient came in. Having to stand at that kiosk to sign in and answer questions with back pain made the experience horrible. The good part is the tech was very considerate, patient and knowledgeable of his job which made the most important part of the appointment run smoothly.
The visit with Dr.Ketlogetswe, was amazing ly informational. It was amazing because I learned things I didn't and needed to know. I appreciate her explanation on why it was important to stop one medication and start on another. I especially appreciate all of her concerns about the recommendations of a heart healthy diet. She allowed me to ask any questions or concerns I have about anything and everything she had spoken about. Thanks again Dr. Ketlogetswe and the staff members of MedStar Hlth Cardiology at Federal Hill.
