My phlebotomist today was awesome: great stick, polite, positive attitude and efficient.
Everything went like clock work. From the parking (plenty) to the receptionist, the checkin process, The technician and the nurse. Everyone was pleasant and attentive and good communication and instructions. It was my first time in the Infusion Center and every attempt was made to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
