Hi. We live over 3 hours away from baltimore ( we just moved). Friday afternoon, around 4 pm , I get a call that my Prolia shot has to be rescheduled due to insurance has not yet approved the injection. I made this appointment over 2 weeks prior 10/5/26. I contacted Cigna. The request was filed 10/2 . I spoke with Gwen and she was lovely. I wanted to speak to her supervisor but she was unavailable. The staff is very professional from the receptionist staff to my doctors .
Asha in the infusion center was amazing in helping me figure out a problem in scheduling . She went above and beyond to find solutions and options for me to receive my Prolia infusion. Asha’s calm manner and pleasant personality made a stressful day very manageable even though a repeat visit will be required.
I appreciate the care over the past 4 years since my cancer treatment and never ceases to amaze me how I always feel like I'm the only person they treat. Seeing as how many people out there are getting treatment daily for their various forms of cancer. I follow up with all my oncologist orders and stay vigilant I am now 5 years cancer free!!!!
Dr. Mohebtash is a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor who takes time at every appointment to listen to my concerns and answer my questions.
