Staff at front desk not friendly. When accessing these offices, one should be directed on where to park in garage and what elevators to look for to access specific office. The provider was wonderful!
I came back for a one-month recheck for hearing aids. I was very pleased with my hearing aids and had all my questions asked regarding them. I was also instructed how to dehumidify the hearing aids if subjected to water as well as putting in a new piece if it was filled with wax. The audiologist and associates were friendly, helpful and on time.
