Extremely disappointed with the scheduling process and customer service at this location. My appointment has been canceled twice now without any assistance in rescheduling. A staff member left a vague voicemail canceling the appointment, provided no further information, and refused to connect me with or request a callback from a supervisor. Scheduling availability is consistently pushed months out or into next year for morning slots, making it nearly impossible to receive timely care for evaluation.
