Efficient in the way they get tests, updated shots and set appointments. However, god forbid you email, call requesting forms for your kiddos or updated prescription information to pass along to your daycare/school. You have to turn into a full Karen to get anything done. Very inconvenient. They receive millions and hire lazy no good people who are clearly too incompetent to read and focus on their job. 2 stars because they are a functional office however ineffective in how they handle simple office request tasks. The front desk have no idea what they are doing and the nurse with the accent was incredibly rude. She kept overtalking me. My appointment time was change without my knowledge, I guess that's a system issue. I had to return a second time, luckily there was availability in the afternoon but I guess they hire anybody. The doctors are incredible and it's so hard to dismiss everything else.
