The people from the reception desk staff all the way up to and including my doc, Ryan Hankins, are just fine. The physical building is very difficult to navigate , especially for older people.
Parking was well marked so finding the office was easy. Intake was efficient. Dr Brown is a very patient-focused physician who takes time to hear questions and give useful explanations and treatment alternatives.
Dr Hankins is my most favorite doctor
