The procedure was completed timely and efficiently. My prior negative post was unrelated to the Radiology Department.
I would have given you 5 stars because once they got things moving, the care was excellent. The bad part was we were told to be there at 930 for a 1000 procedure only to find out said procedure had not been put on the schedule by the scheduling office. We live in Prince William County so coming is not an easy task. We waited over 2 hours with the HVLP finally being done at 1215. I had a visit with Dr. Stephen Liu on July 10. He is cariing physician. He spent long time discussed my conditions and options of treatment. He took time answer all of my concerns. I am so grateful to be in his care. I highly recommend to other patients
