Probably one of the most unprofessional hospitals ever
My mother (98/vision impaired, swallowing issues) was left to feed herself if I wasn'tthere yet, her bedside tray was always across the room where she couldn't reach it to grab her drink. She was left through the night in soiled bedding, with feces being sucked into the purewick, the water was brown, clearly one could see that was NOT normal. Erin was thorough in her exam. She was thoughtful in how she scheduled the consult, patient while explaining what she assessed and did not try to sell me anything. Tamika was great too. The entire office staff are professional and friendly. Thank you!!
