We got hit in a car accident. Medstar came, didn’t want to transport us- he didn’t think we were hurt badly enough. We’ve had medstar membership for 20 years. I was not treated but rode w my husband. So we get 2 bills for $1300 & &1600. I tried to call to see why my membership wouldn’t take care of it and why they billed us both. They acted like they didn’t know. They billed Blue Cross. So what have I been paying for every year??
Ambulance did not even transport me, I was life flighted, but still I was charged nearly $2,000 dollars. They have a lost a $75 dollar payment, and will not return my phone calls since I have faxed them proof of this payment.
