Horrible experience with Medspa Divine. I received a VBL laser treatment and saw absolutely no improvement. After a few weeks, I called to see if they would refund my money since there was zero difference I saw. Dr. Vicki refused to even work with me and give me a different treatment to see if that worked, and insisted on only putting my money from the failed VBL towards a $1000 Halo treatment!
