Horrible experience with Medspa Divine. I received a VBL laser treatment and saw absolutely no improvement. After a few weeks, I called to see if they would refund my money since there was zero difference I saw. Dr. Vicki refused to even work with me and give me a different treatment to see if that worked, and insisted on only putting my money from the failed VBL towards a $1000 Halo treatment! I received a VBL laser treatment on my face a few months ago. The technician doing the procedure, who was not Dr. ****** did not ask me if I wanted before and after pictures. I have been receiving facial treatments for several years, and have always been asked to do a before and after picture. She never asked me. After the treatment had passed for a few weeks, I saw zero improvement. Nothing.
