I had a great experience here at MedSleep. The instructions before my appointment were clear, and they follow up multiple times to ensure you remember your appointment. Staff were kind, Vlad did a great job! Some things to note: - no showers at this clinic - parking is underground - can give you an extra blanket if you're cold - mattress is on the softer side
had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 PM and arrived early at 2:10 PM. I waited nearly an hour. At around 2:45 PM, another patient was taken in ahead of me, even though I had a scheduled appointment. A few minutes later, a man in a suit also went straight into Dr. Soghrati's office before me. Meanwhile, I continued waiting. At approximately 3:05 PM, I asked Dr. Soghrati why two people were seen before me despite my appointment being at 2:30. His response was simply, "I know, sorry. Just keep waiting."
