Dr. Marval-Ospino has informed, guided and been the backbone of my understanding of sleep and depression. What a change for the better in my life! I have been a patient since 2011 and I continue to appreciate his knowledge and kindness.
Was referred to this place by my doctor but since nobody there can answer their phone for me to even make an appointment I definitely don't want to be dealing with them on a regular basis. I have a job where I can't just pick up the phone when someone calls. You would think they would have someone there to answer a phone but apparently not. I'll ask my doctor to refer me at another place.
They never answer the phone. It took 2 weeks of calling at various times and days during open hours, before I just called on repeat and FINALLY got to speak to a person. This person then reprimanded me for calling repeatedly before I could even state what I was calling about. Definitely take how difficult it is to reach them into consideration before choosing a sleep study clinic!!
If it wasn't for MedSleep I would never have finished school. I have severe sleep apnea with no income or supports, and they helped me anyway. So kind, non judgemental, trans/GNC friendly. They actually care about their patients/clients(?). Thank you again so much 💚💚💚
So so so thankful for the staff here super amazing I was referred here after i went to a different place for a study and my study didnt come back the way i thought it should as i know my body and it just didnt add up . Well finally i have answers and I was correct infact I do have Sleep Apnea and i am so thankful for the ladys here who helped me prove this.
