Ok I am super biased because I work there but I know everyone I work with would do everything they could possibly do to help out a patient. Also as a patient, I can say that my medication that cost me $70 at another pharmacy was only $20 thru MEDS IN MOTION (no it was not an employee discount.)
I have ADHD and have always struggled to order my meds before I run out. I don't have to worry about this with Meds in Motion because they always call ME to see if I need a refill. Their customer service continues to blow me away with how friendly and helpful they are. When they call me, I always answer my phone because I know they will be quick when checking if I need more meds and processing payment. The staff are excellent. It's a busy small but great pharmacy. They are personable. Willing to help you to make sure you can get your insurance coverage validated for your Meds. Or working w/you if you have to pay out-of-pocket. Sometimes that takes some time to resolve this. Listen to them. Because they do the best they can. .. I've been with this pharmacy since they opened. Getting your meds delivered to you. Sold me. Again, good people working there.
I am saving $$$$ now that drug companies prices are so high and my insurance is no longer a co-pay, instead I have to pay 75%! I still pay a lot but this pharmacy is saving me $300 from my old pharmacy!!
As a prescriber, I think Meds In Motion is by far the best pharmacy out there. I know that my patients will get their medications at the best possible price along with fantastic customer service! If there ever is a problem, Meds In Motion will contact me to get it resolved rather than let a patient go without their medication. They are amazing!
