I have tried for two weeks(!!!) to talk to a pharmacist over the phone but with no luck. Their phone system has to be broken. When I call, listen to the message, choose #1, I can never get to a rep. It just rings and rings. I'll wait over 30 min every time I call! And, I never get to talk to someone. I now have to drive to a location, ask for the refill, and then wait for it to get refilled. I went into the location on 3900 S and 900 E. Not a single worker has a mask on. Not even hanging from their ear or under their nose. Just no mask at all. This is completely illegal in salt lakes public settings, and disgusting for a healthcare practice. They had me set my id and card in a basket by the front door, but came within a foots distance from me to pick it up before I could even go sit down. I DO NOT recommend ever using this mail pharmacy. They continuously call me and I continuously call them to be on hold to request over and over they take me off the call list for a prescription soap I will never use. I have repeatedly asked to no avail. Now I will file a complaint with the BBB. This is a HORRIBLE company and I’m starting to realize the employees just don’t care AS WELL after asking 5 times to be completely removed from the company database! Company ripped off the State of Utah during a global pandemic. Dan Richards is just your typical mormon con man.
This company ripped the state of Utah off, charging the state 600% higher than retail price for a medication that has been proven to NOT WORK for COVID-19 and the mixture makes it pointless for it's other normal uses. GIVE US OUR TAX PAYER MONEY BACK. Price gouging in a crisis is a criminal offense, I hope sincerely you are prosecuted for this.

UPDATE: Tried to transfer our medication to a different pharmacy and their answer was they didn’t want to because they didn’t want to wait on hold. Was told our medication would ship Tuesday and it didn’t ship until Friday. My disabled mother was without her medication for days and when we called the pharmacy Amanda told my disabled mother it was her fault for not checking sooner. I have never dealt with a pharmacist who blames the patient. Did we get an apology... no. Did we get compensation... no. Did we get compassion... ... read more
When I say take my meds off of autofill and you just keep sending them, it begins to look like an insurance scam. Very poor experience. No medication should just be put on autofill without the patient's okay in the first place and when we say, don't send any more meds, we mean it! I plan to tell my doctor about this because I sure don't want other people to go through what I've been through. At least you finally put a working phone number on my prescriptions. VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! BEWARE!
