This is an awesome clinic, my daughter was a new patient that needed a sports physical. They got her right in and from the time I walked in the door everyone was very nice and professional. The Doctor was excellent, overall visit was superb!!

We went there last night (Sunday) with one minute prior to closing. My wife said that she felt that she had the FLU. They told her sorry, you should have been here 15 minutes prior to closing. We asked if they could ask the Doctor. They doctor came out and said, sorry, I can't see, you you should have been here earlier. Luckily we remembered that WellStar just opened their new East Cobb, complex and went there. They are open until 9PM every day, and told us they will see patients and take you up until closing. Awesome Dr Mark Winokur is so amazing , he asks all the right questions about your health conditions. He and his staff is are fabulous. I feel I can get optimum care without going to the hospital.

First I thought they were really good until I got the statement from them. There was unnecessary charge on it that I did not request and extra equipment that was not needed but forcefully recommended. As you can see if you are sick you do not think Dr. Figure is in it to make money out of your sickness. Well to my surprise this is just another business that is out there to make extra money at your expense. I called their office to discuss the charge my insurance did not think was necessary. Do not go there. ECUC is about making money, not about caring for their patients. Unnecessary tests are done just to charge you / your insurance and pocket the money.

The staff at East Cobb Urgent Care provides superb care. They are competent, friendly and sincerely concerned about their patients well being. It is well worth the wait that may occur as they address patients on a first come, first serve basis. We have avoided numerous trips to the emergency room by taking advantage of East Cobb Urgent Care. As a family we won't go anywhere else!
