Took my kid in for, what we thought might be, a fracture. This was 5 min till close and they were great, very attentive and kind!
Service was average. However, my insurance had a problem saying that they were not accredited and my insurance wouldn't accept them as a legitimate Medical facility. I have Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. They sent me a bill in November from February for the rest of the full payment. I had already paid the deductible. They ran my insurance and said everything was good when I was there. I heard about what happened with my insurance and figured I'd just pay the bill instead of arguing with my insurance. I wish I could just be treated by the nurses.
The service was great- the doctor was thorough and caring- I was in and out on my lunch break pretty quickly due to no wait in the waiting area and the doctor came to the room right away. So far best one I've been to.
