Staff were polite, but the experience felt more focused on avoiding liability than on patient care. Nurse Practitioner Dylan Garvey wasn’t sure what he was seeing on the 2D X-ray but wouldn’t let me view the images myself, saying the results were inconclusive and that ER had better imaging.
