My family just passed the 3-month mark of my father's passing. First of all, I want to say that I highly recommend MedPlus! If you are in this geographic area and you do not hire them as your hospice provider, that is silly and could be a big mistake. They are excellent in all areas, nursing care, bed-side manners, communication, office staff, people who answer the phone, delivery folks with critical medical materials, pharmacy, you name it. Anna Rhoads is an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things hospice and senior care. I felt lost handling my mother’s care after a downhill turn with her Parkinson’s. My family and I are beyond grateful for Anna Rhoads at MedPlus Hospice. I contacted Anna on behalf of my mother in law on Monday afternoon after my father in law had stopped eating and drinking water. During one of the hardest moments our family has faced, Anna responded immediately with compassion, urgency, and care.
