Although my wife was in the late stage of Alzheimer's, I had no idea of how to go about getting her the care she needed. Ana from Medplus contacted me when my wife was discharged from the hospital. We couldn't afford a nursing home, and Ana explained why hospice was a viable and more affordable alternative. We had a great time at this Friendsgiving event hosted by Medplus Hospice. Medplus has always made us feel part of their family no matter where we are in our lives. Friendsgiving is another wonderful expression of the service we receive from Medplus.
Anna was extremely helpful in meeting with my hubby & I to talk about options for care for my mother in law who is having some issues. Anna was extremely informative, helped us learn about different avenues that might be a best fit, and was very flexible and generous with her time. She even made a couple appointments for us to tour senior living homes that she has connections with and is personally going to tour them with us. Highly recommend!!!
Medplus was so amazing in their care for my father. The expertise, compassion, and kindness they showed were invaluable during such a difficult time. Quality care was one less thing to worry about. The company keeps things local, so their response time is very fast (even going so far as delivering equipment on a Friday night after business hours!) The Chaplain came within the hour of us calling him, too. Highly recommend this company for your loved one's hospice needs.
