Horrible incompetent predatory business. Who itemizes their bills as “Daily hospital services”? Doesn’t it sound like a scam on vulnerable people to you? Sure does to me. When you try to call them, their staff is currently in training — for days! No return on messages. I will not be paying any bills unless it’s a detailed itemized list of all services they allegedly provided me during my hospital stay. My experience with MedOne has been nothing short of a nightmare. After a medical emergency, I found myself tangled in a web of incompetence and predatory billing practices by this company. First and foremost, they seem to have a knack for getting addresses wrong—not once, but twice—which conveniently prevented me from logging in and paying my bill online. Medone is the worst company I've had to unfortunately deal with. I'm a disabled veteran and had a hospital visit two months ago. The VA already paid the hospital but then I get a bill from Medone. When I called to ask what it's for and for them to charge the VA since I'm covered, they told me I needed to provide them with insurance information I had no way of knowing.
