Father was rolled into Riverside Hospital at 3pm with low BP, o2, and Glucose. Nurses worked him up with fluids, blood test, CT scan and x-rays. All so he could lay in a room with no one reporting back what the results were of the test and scans for what has now been six hours? Called MedOne line and spoke to Dr. Doone who brushed off the situation as no orders have been put in, and there are more dire cases that they need to be concerned with. I don’t usually write reviews, but after reading a previous review that felt unfair and out of context, I wanted to share my experience with Amanda Griffin, DNP at MedOne. Amanda Griffin is a NP with this company. She's rude not only to the residents but the staff as well. She can't keep up with the workload, becomes frustrated and then takes it out on anyone who reaches out to her. Her communication leaves much to be desired and bedside manners are lacking. She walked into a residents room without knocking and proceeded to try doing a visit while the resident was naked and uncomfortable. Cannot get a meeting with my mothers physician Dr Murtha Hide behind horrible facilities abuse n neglect. Won't speak to guarduans of patients who did not select these people in the first place

Horrible incompetent predatory business. Who itemizes their bills as “Daily hospital services”? Doesn’t it sound like a scam on vulnerable people to you? Sure does to me. When you try to call them, their staff is currently in training — for days! No return on messages. I will not be paying any bills unless it’s a detailed itemized list of all services they allegedly provided me during my hospital stay.
