Amanda Griffin is a NP with this company. She's rude not only to the residents but the staff as well. She can't keep up with the workload, becomes frustrated and then takes it out on anyone who reaches out to her. Her communication leaves much to be desired and bedside manners are lacking. She walked into a residents room without knocking and proceeded to try doing a visit while the resident was naked and uncomfortable. Horrible incompetent predatory business. Who itemizes their bills as “Daily hospital services”? Doesn’t it sound like a scam on vulnerable people to you? Sure does to me. When you try to call them, their staff is currently in training — for days! No return on messages. I will not be paying any bills unless it’s a detailed itemized list of all services they allegedly provided me during my hospital stay.
