The services I received were great, but I tried paying this bill online twice for the full amount($300ish) and the first time i paid online half the payment went through. So I called and asked why that happened and they said to try again and I did then only $12 went through which got my bill sent to debt collection.
This is the Worst Company in this line of work. There whole Customer Service Department should All Be Fired. There is Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I get Better Customer Service at the Local Land Fill.
Med One has deplorable customer service, the only reason we use them is because our insurance is contracted with them, so we have no choice. They do not return calls, they take forever to order something, and then another forever to get it shipped, then forever again for them to deliver/install. Frequently what they do order is incorrect. The wheelchair parts/maintenance department is only interested in you if you want a new wheelchair.
