I have used Med Now several times and it's always a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly the nurse practitioners and the doctors are all amazing thank you. I will be continuing to come and spreading the word.
I came in severe pain and a form of tonsillitis. She took literally 5 seconds to look at me, left the door open while doing so and said I’ll get you some antibiotics. Soon after I ended up with a 100.7 fever and my tonsil expanded into my throat. Maybe actually look at my tonsil instead of giving me the same damn thing every time.
My 8 year old daughter was not allowed to be seen because it's showing two different types of insurance. I'm not sure why because she's been on the same insurance since she's been born. I offered to pay with cash or card and we were turned away still. That's ridiculous!
