This review is just for today’s visit. Not the practice as a whole. I had the perfect storm of everything that could go wrong did go wrong but I do want to share I have had 10yrs of amazing service before today. I had a 1pm appointment and was told to arrive 15-20min early. I arrived 25min early and the office was shut for lunch and not opening till 1pm. Why was I told to arrive early? I have been with MedNow, formerly Rocky Mountain Health Centers for the better of 25 plus years. The care and the people is what keeps me as a patient there. I would definitely recommend MedNow aa your PCP.
I've had a reasonable experience coming to this office thus far. However, highly disappointed that they insisted I had to come into the office to be seen before they would call in a NON-NARCOTIC cough medicine (Which I have taken before with good results, again NOT a narcotic) into my pharmacy. What I heard was, no, we want you to pay us for an office visit, bring your germy self into our office, and waste your time for us to confirm you have a cold. Thanks for nothing guys. Communication at this office and with all of the physicians is completly non-existent. The front office might answer a phone call after you try for months. I had a different physician every single time I visited this office. Everytime. I have been going for over a year. Their x-ray machine has never worked and no one answers back phone messages or online portal messages. Continuing with care or asking for follow up on procedures is unheard of at this office.
