The staff upfront behind the desk have very poor attitudes, inappropriate conversations. The seats for waiting area is only about 5 steps so maybe they should use caution when conversing. The actual provider you see may be the best because I have had some at this clinic, or may be the worse, like treating you for something completely irrelevant to your visit in the first place. Nurse was unprofessional!
Went today to the MedNow Urgent Care. Their whole team was phenomenal. Very grateful for their service. They were very busy but didn’t missed a beat getting patients in and out. Thank you! Blessings🙏🏽💕💯
