Medmark has changed and for the worst. They can't ever get the dose on my take home bottles right. My bottles have been dated wrong and everything. No one knows what they're doing here. I hate this place.
Great doctor and counseling
This clinic actually treats their patients like they are human beings. Unlike acadias clinics which they own all of the clinics in wv but this one. I haven’t even talked an Acadia clinic in the town I live in but I drive an hour to this clinic just so I don’t have to go to the Clarksburg treatment center.
Medmark most definitely saved my life. When the doctor decided he wasn't giving me my pain medicine any longer because he didn't want to get in trouble (this was 2019) and I didn't know what to do since I have chronic pain from several severe bone breaks. So I called medmark and on my first day of treatment I wasn't worried anymore. I've been going here for over 5 years almost 6 now and they have never made me feel bad for anything they have been nothing but caring and supportive.
