This clinic actually treats their patients like they are human beings. Unlike acadias clinics which they own all of the clinics in wv but this one. I haven’t even talked an Acadia clinic in the town I live in but I drive an hour to this clinic just so I don’t have to go to the Clarksburg treatment center.
Medmark most definitely saved my life. When the doctor decided he wasn't giving me my pain medicine any longer because he didn't want to get in trouble (this was 2019) and I didn't know what to do since I have chronic pain from several severe bone breaks. I am grateful to the clinic in general but they absolutely need more staff! It's unbelievable the waiting...and poor Ms. Kathy the best nurse ever , literally almost worked to death, could almost run the whole place on her own. The few staff that are there are great but they need more. There has been many many screw-ups and I'm not saying it's their fault but few people are taking on the work of many. Please make a change!!
Will do anything for money here including hurt you and keep your medicine from you while you go through withdrawal.
i would never go to any clinic acadia owns ever again. i have a clinic 2 minutes down the road from my house and that clinic was a nightmare. me and my husband drive 2 hours to this clinic just so we dont have to go to clarksburg treatment center.
