I had a unfortunate experience here getting my COVID booster. I waited for more than an hour because they didn’t have the vaccine ready. The person who administered my vaccine was shaking. With that said, I should have just walked out at that point. On the other side, they should have just cancelled my appointment all together and taken ownership for the lack of organization that was happening that day.
