I used Medly for the first time about 6 months ago. I was totally impressed. Not only were my prescriptions processed way faster than if I had used CVS, Walgreens or any other Big Box Pharmacy, but they were delivered to my door step with the utmost care in a bag which allows for my privacy. Since then I have been singing Medly’s praises and not only recommending to my friends and family but I tell all of my doctors about this wonderful place that puts patient care first and foremost.
I got a new medication prescribed that other pharmacies were telling me they couldn’t order. At CVS I waited on a line, 6 feet apart, about 20 people deep, with anxiety that I was going to catch Covid, and after 30 mins waiting was told they couldn’t get the medication. Called Medly and spoke with a pharmacist who not only was able to order, but applied the manufacturer coupon that had it come to....$0! The med was at my door the next morning.
Great customer service, same day delivery, awesome packaging !
Worse service ever!!!! I got hung up on , they keep telling me my insurance is expired when its not. Just horrible place !
Terrible service from start to finish
the worst RX around, every month I have the same conversation with these people about my meds. Today was the worst I told the lady on the phone I need my medication that is 100mg being that she cant read she told me my husband picked it up already. Confident as hell, I get home its Lipitor 10mg thats here. CRAZY I wish I can sue them for pain, suffering, lost time & decrease in overall health.
