This company is horrible.
I have been waiting on medication to be delivered since December 31st. I've called several times and have been told lies time after time. I've been on hold for thirty minutes waiting to speak with a supervisor or manager! Terrible customer service! I'm calling my health insurance and the BBB. Don't play with peoples lives.

The most inconvenient prescription service I’ve ever used. Communication is embarrassing and reps are not helpful. Over it.
Medly Pharmacy quoted me an amount for a perscription as a flat fee (with use of a drug manufactuer's coupon) and charged my credit card $75. They then charged my insurance company over $500 for that same drug twice. This $1000 came out of my HSA that had been planned for other medical expenses this year. When I contacted Medly, I had 2 phone conversations and countless emails where they insisted they only charged me the $75 total. Super disappointed in Medly. I chose them for a recurring prescription because they assured me they could mail my Rx anywhere in the country, as I knew I’d be moving. They mailed it once, then the next month told me they’d mail it again. The very next day (today) they told me they are not allowed to mail it and I’ll have to fill it elsewhere. No less than three different drivers showed up without masks. One pulled his shirt over his face, so he knew he was supposed to wear one. Don’t tell me I am wrong, my building has active security cameras. Medly better get in this before one if their drivers infects clients, and they become the next Typhoid Mary.

At least have the people who work for your company be honest if you cannot get the prescription to me when I need it don't say you will and then not fellow up. (Especially on a weekend). That is one of things that made your pharmacy stand out before. Your pharmacy did not fellow up, but more importantly when I called to have them transfer my prescription and asked them to hold she hung up.
