I have personally witnessed how rude some people can be at the clinic, yet the staff continues to go above and beyond for patients who truly want to get better. I have been a patient for over 8 years, and they have always been pleasant, professional, and caring. 0 star. My experience at MedLux Pain Management was awful, mainly because of staff member Maria. She was extremely unprofessional and came across as rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived. Instead of showing basic respect or compassion, she made me feel like an inconvenience while I was already dealing with pain. No patient should be treated this way, and I will not be returning.
0 star. My experience at MedLux Pain Management was terrible, largely because of staff member Maria. She was shockingly unprofessional — blunt, rude, and completely dismissive of my concerns. I felt talked down to and treated with zero compassion or respect while already dealing with pain. No patient deserves to be treated this way, and this visit left me with a very negative impression of the clinic.
They have been working hard to solve my pain issues
The lady was vey rude and said if I didn’t return there call she was sending the referral back to my doctor for the second time I wouldn’t recommend any one to go to this place. Repeating about sending it back as if she didn’t want to help me.
