Medlux has helped me to deal with my chronic pain. Any questions I need answered they are more than willing to answer and even help me research. I would like to give a special shoutout to Dee and Maria for being so kind and helpful. It’s really nice to come to a pain clinic and be met with a smile and short conversation. Dr Caldwell is awesome. Her staff is very professional and nice. Dr Caldwell listens to you and doesn’t push things one you that you don’t want.
Please do not go to this place for pain Management. They take your money and do nothing for you but push pills on you. This place prescribed me medication not know my Chart or background. I developed ulcers in my stomach and bloating with water in my legs and ankles. Made me sick to my stomach I had to seek the emergency room. I was told to file a lawsuit. They do not return phone calls. Maria the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. I was dropped from her for stating my opinion that I was upset with there services. ... read more
Very rude and gone for almost a year never got anything done they kept pushing for appointment to get money but never fix anything got approved for shots they never gave me don't go here they also make you appointment and talk to you first then when you go to a appointment you did schedule they say you need to pay 500$ to be seen and it's there mess up
Dr Paula is amazing. Dr Knight is great as well. All of staff is very caring and they take care of me so well. Chronic pain is a terrible thing for anyone but this team does everything they can to ease my pain and make my pain more toerable. They go the extra mile to work with my special issues like having hernias and not being able to lay down. They are always looking for ways to help me and I can't thank them enough. They all really do care.
