Medlock's work and follow up is the best I have ever received. They called before my service, during my service, and then even after my service. Ted and his team that did the work on my house were courteous, attentive, and more than qualified to do my job. I have used a number of plumbing companies, but I will only use Medlock going forward. I am extremely pleased with my whole experience with Medlock.
Ted did an excellent job communicating the solution to our problem and how to avoid a pipe burst in the future. He was on time worked quickly. There were no surprises in price or timing of the job. I would definitely recommend.
Medlock has been so helpful and amazing for our plumbing needs! We are new homeowners and their speedy response, fair pricing and knowledge is unparalleled.
