I just called to get an estimate on a neuter and declaw (front paws only) of an indoor cat who I rescued. I have been a customer for 20 years and your clinic has cared for numerous animals of mine. I just got a 15 minutes lecture from Bianca on how painful and wrong it is to declaw a cat. I didn't call to get a lecture. I called for a price. I am now considering taking my business elsewhere.

We appreciate your long standing status as one of our clients, and if it weren't for clients like you, we would not be here. De-clawing is a service we offer our clients and with that, the respect for our clients to be able to choose what they believe is most beneficial for their family and pets. Again, I apologize and I will be speaking with her on this matter.
Our vet and the staff at MBAH did such a great job showing care, consideration and compassion today as we had to put down our beloved dog Lulu. Nothing is easy, but your made it less difficult than it could have been. You are a credit to our local area care for pets.
