My provider accidentally spilt the specimen container that had my Pap smear swabs in them, on herself & literally said “Ewwy”. I know that is probably not what she expected to happen (and I get it being gross) but there are ways to be professional about it. As someone who used to work at a ob/gyn office, stuff like that happens. You never make the patient feel bad about it or say things like “ewwy”. All the personal there, were kind, and the doctor explained to me very good , all my concerns.
Great experience! Staff was friendly and the doctor listened to all my concerns!
