This place is Major Joke ! I mean the hiring process is just ridiculous, 3 seconds for a interview is sad ......they literally sit you down ask your name , personal information and say give you a call in 3 days ....Do y'all even wanna hear my experience? At first I thought it was just me but when I saw other ppl complained I was Amazed.....sad sad sad ! And more sad is I use to make deliveries for Medline through another company so I know staff as well the company and how it works but guess that don't mean Jack rt 🤷🏾 smh h... read more

Medline is a joke. They don't let you leave until they decide, and the office staff is completely disconnected from the floor. They force you to work two days of mandatory overtime, which often exceeds your normal shift length, even on your scheduled days off. For example, I was forced to take Labor Day off, but then I had to work two 14-hour shifts to make up for that one day. The insurance they offer is the worst I've ever seen. If you're covering more than just yourself, forget about it. Plus, you pay for insurance weekly... read more
