I have been a mail order customer of Medline industries since I had my cancer surgery and subsequent iliostomy almost 5 yrs ago. Never had a problem. I was getting low on my supplies so on Monday, Oct. 5, I called to place a reorder. I was put on hold. 35 minutes later, still on hold. I gave up. This was the case until Friday of that same week.
