The receptionist here is extremely rude. I had questions pertaining to my daughters school letting me know that Medlin partners with them. And for whatever reason she was extremely nasty and honestly didn’t seem as if she wanted to answer my questions. So much so I had to ask if she was ok because she seemed to not have had the best morning and once I asked what her name was she hung up the phone on me. Highly unacceptable. This is supposed to be a place of love and care.
If you need a court required easy-peazy "certificate of completion" for something, this is the place. If you need meaningful treatment, counseling, therapy, etc., this is DEFINITELY NOT the place. All they care about is collecting their fees. In response to your reply, my mentally disabled brother-in-law was your client. He has spent most of his adult life on 100% SSI disability. They charge me a super high, ridiculous amount almost 10 years ago when I took the exam and it did not help me whatsoever for my court case
This whole assessment is wrong. do not recommend if you're actually struggling w a child & hoping this place will give you peace of mind. I would've given 0 Starz if I was able to.
