From sales to service Medlin Hyundai is A-ok
The representative from the service department is very disrespectful and passive aggressive. I went there on Saturday August 24th. I left there feeling disrespected as a customer. He definitely could've cared less. I took his comments as very racist. I asked for his boss and of course his boss wasn't there. I'd rather make the drive to Raleigh than to give any business to Hyundai of Rocky mount.

They always give me a good deal and the warranty service is exceptional. The Service Department has helped me get warranty service even when I thought I had none. I recommend Medlin 100%

My daughter leased her car here and they rushed the sale and then charged her for excessive wear several days later. I’m not sure where the excessive damage came from but I believe that they should have been up front about the charges at the time of the lease. Pretty sure my daughter will not be going back there.
