My home was severely damaged by a water leak while I was out of town and I hired Carl Medlin of Medlin Construction to do the reconstruction. He told me he was president of the Home Builders Assoc. of Western Kentucky, was deacon of his church and was a volunteer fireman as well. He said he admired the fact that I had adopted two special needs children and that he couldn't do that but what he could do was to rebuild us a home we would be proud of and that he could do it in 6-8 weeks.
