Final edit in response to the owner response: I was able to talk to Chris the owner and eventually received my papers and resolved the issue with the complaint-ant. I am updating my review as Chris was helpful and responsive. I cannot in good conscience update this to a 5* as I still believe it was way more difficult than it needed to be. Superb PI. Responsive and hard working.
They have came to my house twice once this year once last year. I’m out of state and the 1st time it was a lady in a crack van and she got into a screaming match with my mom. She was screaming profanities at her and threatening to have her arrested. I don’t have any outstanding debts
Edit: I called the company directly and have a pending resolution with Chris the owner. Will update again accordingly as needed. Someone in a car that looks like it was stolen from a junk yard showed up sat in the driveway for a long time then when approached by my wife and a neighbor he said he was trying to “find and my name” how? By sitting in my neighborhood? He never once knocked, didn’t ring the doorbell didn’t get out of his car. I have camera footage to prove this. Contrary to the review below, this business is not a joke. I work for a Law Firm in Johnson City, TN. I needed to have multiple Defendants in two different matters in Knoxville. I found Chris with a simple google search. Chris with Medley Serves & Investigations served 3 Defendants for me and a Defendant in another matter for another paralegal in our office.
