God's Food Bank phoned Medley to take a look at our powerjack that wasn't working. The service person said that the batteries were dead and would need to be charged. Several days later we received an invoice for $480.95. The mobile service fee was $90.00 Shop Supplies $26.19 (not sure what supplies were used). Labor was $362.50 The service person was here for less than 30 minutes; the price seemed excessive. I will never use the OKC Branch to do maintenance repairs again. They sold me a worn out jcb telehandler which they were suppose to go through it and fix all the leaks. That didn't happen. When the leak became so bad I needed to fix for sure, it was $4000 for seal kit, no other new parts. Had them do oil and fuel service. They didn't change out water separator. Half hearted repair.
