Awful service from Medley Equipment. I called them to service a pallet truck that was acting up, and it was a total letdown. They scheduled a visit but never showed up—no call, no explanation. When I followed up, the office staff was rude and acted like it was my fault for not confirming. They finally sent someone a week later, and the tech slapped a band-aid fix on it that broke down in two days. Their prices are sky-high for subpar work, and they wouldn’t even discuss a refund. Recently had Jason Maness in to work on our docks. Great communication, quick work and came in under budget. Can't recommend enough!
Jason Maness was very professional, kind, helpful and easy to work with throughout this long process. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there were times when he came out that I didn’t understand why there had to be more than one technician present and we would have to pay an hourly rate for each technician. That got pretty expensive!!! Otherwise, everything was great. I believe Jason did his best to find the parts needed to fix our dock lift! Thanks so much!
