Medkiff CPA the BEST! Michael has been doing my taxes for a number of years. I continue to use him because the process is so easy and stress free. It took 10 mins to fill out the form with changes from last year, attach my W2 and 401K and send to his office where they review and complete the return. Later in the year, I phone in to verify the work they did and authorize it. It comes back to me a day or two, at most, to sign and send off to the IRS. Best Tax prep CPA Mike is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and experienced tax professionals we have ever used. The yearly prep is so easy and the money we save is huge. We get much more than the tax preparer we used before. Mike is a seasoned CPA and knows so much more about current tax laws than a well meaning standard tax preparer and you get back or save so much more.
Business overall As an individual from the legitimate calling I thought I knew a large portion of the derivations that I could take. In the wake of meeting with Michael I discovered that there were very much a couple that I had been missing and he spared me a decent measure of cash. As a reward he issued some long range monetary arranging tips. He was substantially more extravagant than my last assessment preparer yet you get what you pay for this situation.
One Star is Too Good For This Bozo I would not recommend using this guy. Here's what happened to me: He told me to file for an extension even though I didn't need to. He took forever to do my taxes and was very hard to get a hold of. He told me they were done. I paid my taxes. He called me a month or two later and told me that the "guy" who prepared my returns had liver cancer and was under duress when he did mine and had made a six figure error! A Good Experience As a member of the legal profession I thought I knew most of the deductions that I could take. After meeting with Michael I learned that there were quite a few that I had been missing and he saved me a nice amount of money. As a bonus he gave some long range financial planning tips. He was much more expensive than my last tax preparer but you get what you pay for in this case.
An Exceptional Professional that worth the $$$ Cost Whenever I recommend Michael Medkiff to friends & family I always tell them that Michael is an exceptional tax genius, who is very expensive but really worth the money. An excellent tax advisor Unlike my previous tax advisor who just entered the numbers I gave him in the computer, Michael took to time to interview me extensively and uncover many additional deductions that I did not know I was entitled to on my first visit years ago. Over the years he has saved me many thousands of dollars in taxes. He shows a great level of skill and ingenuity in getting me the lowest tax liabiltiy legally possible.
A great find! Michael has been my family's accountant and trusted advisor for over twenty years. Michael is not just an excellent accountant, he takes a genuine interest in how my family can best meet its financial needs now and in the future. As far as Michael is concerned, my only regrets relate to not taking more of his good advice sooner!
I'll never use another tax advisor again I have to join those who are very satisfied with Michael Medkiff. He is a very booked accountant and that is for a reason. I've used Michael for several years and I've never heard anything near the negative comments made by the disgruntled commenter.
