Thoughtful and caring nurses. Front office/admin staff are as usual, a horrible nightmare to work with. If you somehow navigate through that mess, it will be painless for the infusion itself. 5 stars to the amazing nurses. 1 star for the admin staff who should find other jobs. As someone who works in healthcare for a living, I'm shocked this place operates.
This clinic currently has 6 chairs in the main, open area and 2 in private rooms. Door from parking lot to main waiting room is locked and nurses buzz you in. Nurses' desks are in main area, and they have a separate room for med storage and prep. This office is unlike other infusion centers I've been to in that they play music via an alexa speaker throughout the day. I was there from open to close for my infusion. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stand out. I always feel well taken care of and genuinely cared for. Couldn’t ask for a better team—thank you for everything you do!
I had an infusion on a Thursday and another one on Friday at the North Richland Hills location but had to go to Plano since the third one was on a Saturday and they had to be given three days in a row. The first infusion on that Thursday hurt like the DICKENS when she put it in my arm; very painful. I kept the catheter in my arm overnight so she wouldn't have to stick me again on Friday, but I had her take it out right after the infusion on Friday cause it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep the night before.
