I was referred to Medix and denied- which is perfectly acceptable. Where things went wrong is my doctor and I were told 3 different and conflicting reasons as to why I had been denied by several different people who claimed to be reading the same file. After all of that, I feel like I dodged a bullet by avoiding this clinic. While the staff members themselves were very polite, the situation reeks of either disorganization or some amount of maliciousness. Neither of which I want from a medical practice.
The staff here are wonderful! Tami and Katy are very friendly and very knowledgeable. All of the other departments I have dealt with from day 1 have been terrific! I highly recommend for anyone that has a need for a good treatment center!
