Medix Infusion is the worst provider I have ever had the displeasure of working with. There is no follow up from their team members, no one has any idea what is going on it's just a complete incompetent mess every time I have had to work with them. The only bright side has been with the actual nurse performing the infusion therapy, she was wonderful and tried to help as much as she could but the corporate side of things just got in the way of any real genuine care or concern for the patients.
