I’m going to start with the fraudulent activity that goes on within this company. They have made several false insurance claims on patients that didn’t even receive medication. They have a “manager” by the name of “Kris Mann” that has falsely approved patients for infusions and uploaded false insurance documents to show the patient is approved, just to keep patients in the clinics. I have unable to speak to a live person about scheduling an infusion. I have left 5 voice mails for call back. No one has called. I have sent 2 emails requesting help. No response. This is Jan 10 and infusion is needed on Jan 14. The infusion center staff in Rowlett are great. It’s the management that is a problem. I am sending doctors order to another infusion center.

Terrible place run extremely poorly
I've visited this site three times. Two of those times, my medicine was not there. I live in Johnson County. No quick trip. Also, I had to schedule time off work for these infusion sessions. All I got was that someone would call me to reschedule . More time missing from work. Not good!! I think I'll have my doctor look into Kesempta monthly injections which I can do myself. Just an awful, sad experience. Plus these infusions cost insurance thousands of dollars. Ha, I guess they don't mind "losing a sale."
Medix Infusion has a 1.8 star rating with 6 reviews.
